HOW DO I GET A VOTER ID CARD?
When a person registers as a new voter he fills ‘Form 6’ which enables him to receive a voter’s I-card.

For an already registered voter whose name appears on the electoral rolls but is without an I-card is required to fill ‘Form 8’.
