HOW TO REGISTER?
Registration is an ongoing process (voters can register throughout the year); except for a brief period from the last date prescribed for filing nominations for Parliamentary/Assembly Elections till the election process is over, when the rolls are frozen.

For new registrations you will have to fill up FORM 6 - inclusion of name in the electoral rolls and for I-card.

During the submission process you have to carry your registration form (Form 6) along with photocopies of proof of residence (ration card, driving license, electricity bill, passport etc.) and proof of age (PAN card, passport, birth certificate etc.).
